Note the similarities.
Mutant A Day
Six-foot, four of pure Irish hotness, Ray Stevenson pummeled his way into our hearts as Titus Pullo in HBO’s ROME, only to be cast in the newest adaptation of The Punisher, War Zone. A Force to be reckoned with, Mutant A Day would gladly take our punishment from him any day!

One of the zexyist reds around, Famke took what could have been a bland helpless Jean and made her deep and cavernous. We all like a female who can kick our ass! It burns so good!

Nico Minoru (aka Sister Grimm) is currently the leader of the super powered group The Runaways.

She is a Japanese-American gothic Vixen who wields the power of sorcerery. Like the other runaways her parents were part of the super villian group The Pride.
Nico is able to tap into her power by using The Staff of One, which is an ancient staff that once belonged to her mother and now belongs to her. The only way for Nico to summon the Staff of One is by making herself bleed [down there..for real though] which then the staff pops out of her chest.
She does have some limitations though, she can only cast a spell once and she can’t bring the dead back to life. If she trys to cast a spell more than once it will backfire and something random will happen. She will be featured in a new upcoming storyline in which the new Sorceror Supreme of the marvel universe will be chosen.
It’ll be BLOODY BRILLIANT!

Cheers!
Mutant A Day
Welcome to Mutant A Day’s new post section titled “M.A.D. Heroes, Hellions & Hotties” where we will feature zexy pics of the hottest heroes and villains this side of the comic world!

Today’s MAD woman is Lynn Collins. Recently playing Silverfox in the Wolverine Origins movie, Collins is no stranger to sexing it up for the big and small screen alike. And we thank her for it. A Texas native, Collins can be seen along side X-Men’s Anna Paquin [Rogue] on True Blood showing on HBO.

My dear people, I have discovered the most perfect idea to come out of the comics industry in ages.
THE BACKLOG COLLECTION!
I am not omniscient. THERE, I’ve said it! I admit my faults and I have faith that we can all grow from here.
But seriously, I don’t eat, sleep & breathe comics. I love the art-form but I’ve never even read many characters and books.
So things like Marvel’s comic collection offering is sold under the name Essentials and has introduced me to the corniness of old-school Incredible Hulk (written by Stan Lee, of course). Which is fantastic!
I haven’t personally checked out DC’s offering which they call Archive Editions yet but I look forward to that as well.
I mean, it’s about the perfect way to catch up on stories you might have missed, right?
Always wondered how the new X-Men started? Go check out Volume One of the X-Men Essentials! Want to see just how cheesy the Metal Men were back in their heyday? GO CHECK IT! There’s no color in the Essentials collections but the line-art and text is exactly the same and the price is lower than the Archive Editions which update and preserve the original coloring and full effect of the artwork.
A classic DC/Marvel conundrum, I tells ya.
Just be sure to give these lovely gems a once-over the next time you’re in your local shop, you never know what arcs you’ll be able to re-read or enjoy for the very first time…like a virgin.
-windiebird SMASH!
If the Hulk ever had a bad face day..which is pretty subjective we suppose, then you can imagine how upset he’d be waking up to a mirror only to discover a scaly version of himself, but Yugoslavian.
“HULK SMASH!” you say? We say too! But this is not about Bruce. Willis or otherwise.
Spy, Emil Blonksy had a meeting with, no not Nikki “I’ll Beat your ASS!” Blonsky, but a gamma radiation device in which Bruce Banner had originally decided to commit suicide with. He thought,
“Well gee, I wonder what kind of tan i’d get with this?”
Then ZIP, POW, ZANG, ZOINK!, and he became the roid-rage swamp thing you see before you. Makes me want a hot dog real bad.

Luckily for us this seven foot, thousand pound, fish-criminal, or “Friminal“, [we swear Namor came up with that], got into it with the Hulk himself and was eventually imprisoned. It’s amazing how all of the muties occupy the sewers at once.
….is that why New York smells so bad?

X-Men The Animated Series: Phoenix Saga Part IV

Gladiator: ” Get out of my way WOMAN!”
PUNCH!SMACK!POW!
Rogue: “Get out of your OWN way!”
PUNCH! Oh, Rogue, how we love you.
“What the LISA ANNE FRANK is a Puck Post™?” you ask! Well it’s a short post. Much like Alpha Flight’s Puck. He’s adorbz right?
With that out of the way Mutant A Day wanted to bring you up to date on Uncanny X-Men. We all know that our favorite heroes are now housed in San Francisco, the homo mecca of the U.S. Woot! And side note: in Ultimate X Men after Colossus and North Star finally got together,…yes in bed, the writers paralized North Star in the same comic. Lame. But luckily in Uncanny X-Men they have brought home our Canadian speedster [along with his homosexuality]. Amongst the homecoming, Madelyne-IcomebackfromthedeadmorethanJeanGrey-Prior is back with a team of Bitches. Now ladies, Mutant A Day is CERTAINLY not anti-feminist, but Spiral, Lady Deathstrike, the Mastermind Sisters and Chimera, are indeed, Bitches. And haters.
With the intent on awakening the dead body of Ravanche, the Bitch-Team USA has control of Psylocke in an attempt to transfer her life to that of said corps and use her as they will. Of course it looks like a job for our resident cigar smoker and thats not all he smokes Logan to take care of…ahem..the Bitches.

POP – then out of nowhere Illyanna comes out of nowhere!
WHHHHAT THE HELL KINDA SHOW IS THIS ?
