Starting in August 2009, Superboy a.k.a. Conner Kent a.k.a. our dream guy, will make his return in Adventure Comics #1 featuring The Legion of Superheroes.

In Geoff John’s 2008 limited series Legion of Three Worlds, it was revealed that Superboy had been resurrected by the Legion of Superheroes.  He was placed in a Kryptonian rejuvenation chamber, however it took 1000 years for his body to fully heal, causing him to awake in the Legion’s time.

Conner will be attending Smallville High and will have to face villains such as Lex Luthor and Braniac.  We will also see some of his former friends and love interests such as Wondergirl and Red Robin.

Now that Superboy has his own comic maybe DC will dive deep [whhink] into Conner’s DNA origins involving both Superman and Luthor!  It would also be nice to see him back on the Teen Titans roster
