Check out the first teaser image for Uncanny X-Men #1, with Emma Frost front and center. The blacked out part appears to be Magneto, Juggernaut, and Iceman, but I could be mistaken. With Marvel saying Cyclops won’t necessarily be leading this team, one of these people could possibly be the new leader of the uncanny team.

Once upon a time Erik Lensherr a.k.a. Magnus a.k.a. Magneto was a young jewish boy named Max growing up in Nazi Germany. He would later grow up to become the evil misunderstood master of magnetism leading The Brotherhood against human kind and those who opposed the notion of survival of the fittest. Now he fights along side the X Men to survive against extinction in a post M-Day world.

Little Big Planet gets the Marvel treatment starting July 7th. Every other week 5 costumes will be released of your favorite Marvel villains and Heroes. A level kit will also be offered with four levels where you will face Magneto. There is a total of 20 costumes to choose for your Sackpeople. The characters that will be available are Captain America, Daredevil, Doctor Octopus, Elektra, Ghost Rider, Green Goblin, Hulk, Invisible Woman, Iron Man, The Human Torch, Magneto, Mystique, The Punisher, Rogue, Spider-Man, Storm, The Thing, Thor, Venom and Wolverine.

According to Showbiz411 the sexy Michael Fassbender has officially acccepted the role as Magneto in the upcoming movie X-Men: First Class. Fassbender is no stranger to comic books having previously appeared in 300 and Jonah Hex. I think Fassbender is an excellent choice and I can’t wait to see who is cast next!

A couple of months ago Marvel put out the Angel:Revelation series that was AWESOME! Well, currently (and for some time now), your favorite master of magnetism has his own miniseries, Magneto:Testament which stars Erik Magnus Lensherr, born Max Eisenhardt in Nazi Germany. Right at the footsteps of Hitler and his soldiers, Max and his family must deal with the Nazi takeover which affects not only his Jewish father but Max and his school situation as well.
It all starts with him winning a medal in a javelin throwing event in his school. Accused of cheating, young Max’s medal is taken away and he slowly realizes the changes occurring not only within him, but around him. Testament is, like Revelations, smartly written, with more humanity than we are used to seeing from other comics that are focused on one character.

Magneto:Testament is a great prelude to the Magneto:Origins movie that is set to come out in the next few years after the Wolverine:Origins movie. There is a script set and ready, however the green light has not been lit for production. It will focus on Charles and Erik’s relationship after the war and take the viewer to the present where they have become enemies. Lauren Shuler Donner, Wolverine:Origins producer confirms the movie is “still in the works”.
Magneto:Origins Number 3 should be out soon! (if not already) Check out young Max as he struggles to save his family from the Nazis as they invade Poland!

We’re Back! That cheeseburger hit the spot! And with that here’s my beef with The Witch. Because of her insanity after losing her children she essentially starts going insane, eventually warping reality to try and bring them back.
Because of events involving everyone trying to kill her crazy ass and Magneto killing Quicksilver [being crushed by a sentinel and then Wanda bringing him back], she finally loses her shit and says “No more Mutants”.
So she wished away the X-gene and the mutations that gave mutants their powers. This effected like 98% of the mutant population and only around 200 were left intact. Some mutants died, some mutants were left powerless. It was all a big mess and still is. Of course this is all happening in the UNCANNY X-MEN storyline. Quicksilver is alive but powerless and now the X-Men as well as many other mutants have regrouped in San Fransico.
Now I’m not going to be a TOTAL negative nancy about it all but COME on! Someone should have cut that bitch a LONG TIME AGO. She’s worthless. Even in the vid-jo games! X-men Legends 1 and 2. I just see no point. She’s another W-O-T, Waste O’ Time!
